Therapy

Close the bathroom door. Put some music on. The music style is going to vary according to the disorder you are trying to cure. I say "trying" because in life we can be sure of nothing. Today I am treating my uncertainty disorder.
Take your clothes off slowly. Health treatments should be used with caution. Don't rush. Feel the fabric caressing your dry skin while gravity pulls it all to the floor. There is no need for putting those dirty clothes anywhere, just leave them there.
Walk inside the shower box, close the door. This is a treatment thought for a cold day, so close all the windows if there is any and turn on the hot water. Go slowly under the shower feeling each and every drop kiss all over your body. When under the shower with your whole body feel the water hug you all drop together as one. Feel your hair getting wet and heavy, touching your back as if saying you are doing fine and everything will be ok.
You don't need to use any soap for this treatment. Right now you should try to keep all protections on. Just feel the water wash away your sorrows and all the tension. Run your hands along your body with your eyes closed feeling the rhythm of the music.
Get some oil and apply gently massaging this body that's yours, this body that's you. Feel the scent, breath deeply. Exhale all the pain. Go back under the shower, put your head back away from the water and feel the heat fall on your chest and back. Keep your eyes closed, dance slowly if the music demands you do. Feel the ions coming from the water and energizing your being.
Turn off the shower. Get rid of the excess water with your hands. Let the rough texture of the towel wake you up and make you ready to go on renovated.
